Rocky Ridge Trail at Garrapata State Park – Video
Taking a break at the top of the Rocky Ridge Trail at Garrapata State Park, Big Sur. This panorama of the Big Sur coast line from the rocks is the perfect rest break after a 1200-1400 feet hike up to the top. I definitely recommend going up the Soberanes Canyon Trail and then upto the top and coming back down on the Rocky Ridge Trail. That way you get this fabulous view as surprise after your climb and you see this view all the way back down.
Beautiful view, good video – wildflowers are in bloom, beautiful day – very nicely done video. If you don’t have the energy to Climb the Soberanes Canyon Trail, at least you will know what the view is like from the top! If you haven’t made up your mind about climbing the trail – this video will motivate you!
