Dennis the Menace Park, Monterey, CA
Dennis the Menace Park is located at: 777 Pearl, Monterey, CA. 93940. It is open daily from 10 A.M until dusk. This incredible playground features a full size train engine. The park is set on a small peninsula surrounded partly by water. This is a top choice of Free Things for Kids to Do!
The view from here is wonderful. The playground equipment is fantastic and very unique. There are spongy matts under most equipment for cushioning. There is a separate toddler playground area.
Don’t miss the climbing wall or the swinging bridge! There is a whole collection of slides for all ages. There is the red roller bumpy one. The twin green twisty slide, and basic slides for younger kids. Your trip to Monterey if you have kids in your group, would not be complete without a stop here! I have taken my niece to this park from when she was 2 yrs old until now at age 7. She loves it! Next stop – right across the water – rent a Paddle Boat!
